What Information is Needed for a Loan Application?

Purchasing a home can seem overwhelming, but our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. The first step to purchasing a home is getting prequalified. To do this, you’ll need to submit a loan application. The prequalification process is an opportunity for us to discuss your home ownership goals, as well any needs or questions you might have regarding your mortgage. The documents needed for prequalification are:

• Copy of Driver’s License and Social Security Card
• Most recent one month of pay stubs
• Most recent two months of bank account statements
• Most recent two years of W2’s
• Most recent two years of Federal Tax Returns
• Most recent statement of assets (401k, Mutual Funds, etc.)
